CALGARY, Canada - July 14, 2003 - Wi-LAN Inc (TSX: WIN) announced today that the scheduled completion date for its previously announced, successfully marketed, $9.0 million bought deal Unit offering is now August 13, 2003 and that the offering will instead be proceeding on a firm underwritten basis.
The transaction is subject to the receipt of all necessary regulatory and stock exchange approvals.
