Worldwide Telecom Leader to Supply Additional Service and Value to Wi-LAN Customers

Wi-LAN Inc. (TSE: WIN), an innovator of high-speed wireless data/Internet communications, today announced that it has signed a master service agreement (MSA) with Massachusetts-based systems integrator General Dynamics Wireless Services. This powerful relationship will supplement Wi-LAN's high-speed wireless solutions with the global telecommunications expertise of General Dynamics.

The agreement will combine the efforts of Wi-LAN and General Dynamics to form a single team on a project-specific basis to deliver a superior wireless communications system to the client. Wi-LAN will provide proven world-class technology and technical expertise to implementation, while General Dynamics will supply project management, radio frequency and systems engineering, site acquisition, architectural engineering and installation and test of wireless telecommunications systems for both fixed and mobile wireless systems.
