Wi-LAN Inc., a leading provider of wireless data/Internet communications, announced today that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with California-based wireless network installer Communications Services International, Inc. (CSI). This powerful strategic alliance will provide delivery of Wi-LAN high-speed wireless solutions, and will create a combined sales and implementation resource for clients. The goal of this partnership is to offer comprehensive support for design, sales, installation, and maintenance of operational wireless telecommunications networks.
Under the terms of the MOU, Wi-LAN will provide proven world-class technology and technical expertise, while CSI will provide engineering design, project management, and complete installation and maintenance services throughout North America from over 300 service locations.
