(TSX:WIN), a global provider of market-leading broadband wireless communications products and technologies and charter member of the WiMAX Forum(1), will release consolidated results for the three months and six months ended April 30, 2005 on Thursday, May 19, 2005 at approximately 4:01 p.m. EST. Wi-LAN's Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders will follow that evening at 8 p.m. EST (6 p.m. Calgary time) at the Westin Hotel, 320 - 4th Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta.
